jsv88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are determined per payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the point of transaction. jsv88 reserves the right to amend these limits without prior notice. Deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt, typically within 1–5 minutes of transfer. Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly. jsv88 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian national holidays. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes for bank transfers and near-instant for e-wallet withdrawals, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. jsv88 does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jsv88 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request to a different-named account will be declined and the matter referred to the KYC team.
All transactions on jsv88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jsv88 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Members are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred outside the jsv88 platform.
jsv88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and bonus expiry period are stated on each promotion page. Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus play will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.

All sports bets placed on jsv88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, including but not limited to: football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Piala AFF fixtures), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit race), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all individual selections to win for the bet to pay out. Voor bola (handicap) rules are applied per the market definition displayed at time of bet placement. jsv88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a clear pricing error.

jsv88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or technical failures caused by third-party systems including banks, e-wallet providers, internet service providers, or game studios.
jsv88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible through the jsv88 website and support channels.
You may close your jsv88 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any positive Real Money Balance remaining in the Account must be withdrawn to a verified payment method. Bonus Funds outstanding at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
jsv88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where jsv88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jsv88. Where an Account is closed due to proven fraud or bonus abuse, any balance held in the Account may be voided. Where a closure is the result of an administrative review that ultimately finds no breach, any balance will be returned to the Member in full.

During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the Member will be excluded from all promotional communications. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause limits a Member's rights to seek urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent irreparable harm.
jsv88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jsv88 will notify Members via a notice displayed on the platform's homepage and, where practical, by email to the registered address on the Member's Account.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jsv88 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
